What are the best hairstyles for short hair at the gym?
Don’t think you’re limited with short hair! Headbands are your best friend here. You can also do mini half-up knots or small braids near your face to keep hair back. Even a low, tight ponytail works for some short styles.
How do I deal with frizz during a workout?
Humidity and sweat can definitely cause frizz. I like to use a lightweight anti-frizz serum or spray before I start my workout. Choosing styles that keep your hair contained, like tight braids or a slick bun, also helps minimize frizz exposure.
