8. The Space Buns

Space buns are just fun! Part your hair down the middle. Gather each side into a high ponytail. Twist each ponytail into a bun. Secure with hair ties or bobby pins. Place them on either side of your head. They are playful and keep all your hair up. You can add glitter or hairspray for extra hold and fun.
7. The Pull-Through Braid

This braid gives lots of volume without complex braiding. Divide your hair into two sections. Tie the top section with an elastic. Divide the top section in half. Bring the bottom section up between the two halves. Add more hair to the bottom section. Tie that with another elastic. Repeat down the hair. Secure with elastics all the way down for a voluminous braid.
6. The Crown Braid

A crown braid is elegant and secure. Start a French or Dutch braid near your temple. Braid it around your head. Follow your hairline. Continue all the way around. Join the end of the braid to the beginning. Pin it carefully to hide the ends. It keeps all your hair securely tucked away. This is great for intense workouts.
5. The Pigtails

Simple pigtails are a classic gym style. Part your hair down the middle. Gather each side into a low or high ponytail. Secure with hair ties. They are super practical and fast. They keep your hair out of the way on both sides. You can add ribbons to the hair ties for a cute touch.
4. The Braided Pigtails

For added security, braid your pigtails! After making your pigtails, braid each one. Braid them all the way down. Secure the ends with small elastics. This keeps your hair even more contained. It’s perfect for really intense workouts. Braid them tightly at the top for maximum hold.
3. The Knotted Ponytail

This adds a cool detail to a simple ponytail. Separate a small section of hair from your ponytail. Tie it in a knot around the base of the ponytail. You can tie a single knot or multiple knots. Secure the end of the knotted piece with a bobby pin. It’s a unique twist on a basic style. Make sure to secure the knot tightly.
2. The Looped Ponytail

This is a simple trick for a different look. Make a regular ponytail. On the last loop through the elastic, don’t pull the hair all the way. Leave a loop of hair. The rest hangs down. It creates a simple yet stylish effect. Use a hair tie that matches your hair color. This makes the loop look more intentional.
1. The Top Knot

The top knot is the ultimate quick gym hairstyle. Gather all your hair on top of your head. Twist it tightly. Wrap the twisted hair around itself to form a bun. Secure with a hair tie. For extra hold, add a few bobby pins around the base. It’s the fastest way to get all your hair up and out of the way. My personal favorite for a super quick exit!
